Anything has its pace of development. The pace of the “Belt and Road” strategy has obviously exceeded the expectations of most people. Since the official launch of the “Belt and Road” vision and action document on March 28, 2015, a large number of think tanks and think tank alliances have been established in the name of “Belt and Road”. More and more problems have been raised. More and more think-tank agencies and experts come forward and express their views.
