图书馆工作是一种服务性很强的工作,馆员工作中心情绪虑、心理失衡问题应引起图书馆的高度关注。本文通过对造成馆员工作心理失衡的原因分析,提出了心理调适的方法。
Library work is a highly service work, librarians mood anxiety, psychological imbalance should cause the library’s attention. This article puts forward the method of psychological adjustment through the analysis of the causes of the librarians psychological imbalance.
