The dynamic changes of blood pressure and heart rate were observed in 31 cases of Binswanger’s encephalopathy and 31 cases of healthy controls by dynamic detection technology. The results showed that there were ambulatory blood pressure abnormalities in all patients, including 27 cases (87%) with mean systolic blood pressure and mean diastolic blood pressure exceeding normal, 22 cases (71%) with abnormal basal blood pressure abnormality at night, and 20 cases (64% ), Circadian rhythm reversal in 4 cases (13%). The standard deviation of normal cardiac cycle in patients with 5min within 24 hours was significantly lower than that of the control group. There was no significant correlation between systolic blood pressure and heart rate in patients. Suggesting that fluctuations in blood pressure and persistent nocturnal hypertension may play a role in Binswanger’s encephalopathy, which may be related to the patient’s dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system.
