提出了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定锑精矿中锡的方法。对各种影响测定的因素,包括酸介质的种类及其浓度、硼氢化钾的加入量、及锑(V)和其他共存离子的干扰等条件作了研究并予以优化。荧光强度与锡的质量浓度在160μg·L~(-1)内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为0.50μg·L~(-1)。应用此法对两种锑精矿进行分析,并以此两样品为基体作回收试验,测得锡的回收率在92%～95%和92%～96%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为0.83%和7.2%。 A hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of tin in antimony concentrates was proposed. Various factors affecting the determination, including the type and concentration of acid medium, the addition amount of potassium borohydride, the interference of antimony (V) and other coexisting ions, were studied and optimized. The fluorescence intensity and the mass concentration of tin showed a linear relationship within 160μg · L -1, and the detection limit (3s / k) was 0.50μg · L -1. Two antimony concentrates were analyzed by this method, and the two samples were taken as the recovery test. The recovery of tin was between 92% -95% and 92% -96%, and the relative standard deviation (n = 6) were 0.83% and 7.2% respectively.
