对基因型、小孢子发育时期、高温起始培养、培养基等甘蓝型油菜游离小孢子培养诱导胚状体的主要影响因素,研究表明:基因型和小孢子发育时期起决定性的作用,不同品种间甚至同一品种内的个体间,诱导频率差异显著;适宜培养的小孢子发育时期为单核晚期;培养基中加入活性炭可提高胚状体诱导频率;起始培养高温热击促进胚状体诱导。成熟胚状体在无激素B5培养基中,直接再生出植株或经次生胚继代培养再生植株。
The main influencing factors on the induction of embryoid body from microspore culture of Brassica napus such as genotype, microspore development, high temperature initial culture and medium were studied.
