文章针对松散型油气田工程建设的特点,结合以往工程出现的问题,对工程的生产组织管理展开分析和思考,对生产组织管理的相关环节提出了一系列建议。
Aiming at the characteristics of the loose oil and gas field construction and the problems in the past projects, the article analyzes and thinks about the production organization and management of the project and puts forward a series of suggestions on the related links of the production organization and management.
