通过对11根玄武岩纤维布加固损伤钢筋混凝土梁对比试验,研究了玄武岩纤维布粘贴层数、混凝土表面凿毛和锚固类型对加固梁极限承载力、刚度和破坏形态的影响。试验结果表明:与未加固梁相比,玄武岩纤维布粘贴2~4层时,加固梁的极限承载力提高了41.26%~79.23%,极限承载力与粘贴层数之间不呈线性关系;粘贴5层时,会出现剥离破坏;混凝土表面凿毛可有效避免粘贴界面的剥离破坏,但对提高试验梁极限承载力和降低挠度影响较小;钢板螺栓联合锚固加固效果较好。
By comparing 11 reinforced basalt fiber reinforced concrete beams with damaged concrete beams, the effects of basalt fiber cloth bonding layers, concrete surface chiseling and anchoring types on the ultimate bearing capacity, stiffness and failure modes of the reinforced beams were studied. The experimental results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced beam is increased by 41.26% -79.23% when the basalt fiber cloth is applied with 2-4 layers compared with the un-reinforced beam, and there is no linear relationship between the ultimate bearing capacity and the number of layers. 5 layer, there will be peeling damage; concrete surface chiseling can effectively avoid the peeling interface peeling, but to improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam and reduce the deflection less affected; steel bolts combined with anchoring reinforcement better.
