一个成功的展会不仅能给企业提供展示自我、与潜在客户面对面沟通的机会,同时也向他们提供了互相学习和借鉴的机会。因此,目前国内外企业普遍视展会为企业发展过程中自我推广及营销必不可少的一环。相应的,展会上的企业知识产权保护问题也成为了近年来的一个热点话题。发生于展会上的知识产权侵权、假冒和盗用行为,不仅给知识产权所有者和广大消费者造成损害,而且还扰乱了行业的正常秩序。因此急需通过健全法律法规、发挥行协作用、增强企业意识等来使得企业能够更好地保护自己的知识产权,使得展会能够成为企业贸易活动的安全宣传平台。
