目的 观察参归煎剂对学习记忆功能的影响。方法 分别采用腹腔注射东莨菪碱和向基底前脑Meynert基底核(NBM)注入鹅蕈氨酸(Ib)两种方法,造成大鼠中枢胆碱能系统障碍性的阿尔茨海默病(AD)动物模型。通过水迷宫和跳台实验,观察了参归煎剂对上述两种方法复制的AD模型大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。结果 给药组动物在跳台实验中出现的错误反应次数及在水迷宫实验中所需要的训练次数均明显低于模型组或假损伤组。结论 该制剂对AD 模型大鼠学习记忆障碍有明显的改善作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Shengui decoction on learning and memory function. Methods The intracerebral cholinergic system disorder Alzheimer’s disease (AD) animal model was established by intraperitoneal injection of scopolamine and basal ganglia Meynert basal nucleus (NBM) injection of goose proline (Ib). . Through the water maze and step-down experiments, the effects of the decoction decoction on the learning and memory function of the AD rat model replicated by the above two methods were observed. Results The frequency of false reactions and the number of trainings required in the water maze experiment were significantly lower in the animals in the administration group than in the model group or the sham injury group. Conclusion The preparation can significantly improve learning and memory impairment in AD rats.
