随着加工原油中含硫量的不断升高,造成硫化物的广泛存在,使其对炼油装置的设备、工艺管线以及储罐造成的腐蚀现象日益明显,影响装置的安稳运行;而且,一旦发生腐蚀泄漏,所造成的后果是无法预计的。因此,为了明确兰州石化公司炼油厂油品联合车间71#泵房液化石油气球罐腐蚀成因,选取531#、532#液化气球罐作为主要研究对象,进行了腐蚀机理的相关研究。通过查阅相关的文献资料,对所选球罐中水溶液的H_2S浓度与pH值进行分析研究后,确定该球罐腐蚀是以硫化氢为介质,形成湿硫化氢环境后进行应力腐蚀;并根据湿硫化氢腐蚀影响因素的分析,提出相应的控制因素。
As the sulfur content of processed crude oil continues to rise, the widespread presence of sulphides makes it increasingly corrosive to equipment, process lines and tanks in refineries, affecting the safe operation of the plant; and, once it occurs Corrosion leaks, the consequences of which is unpredictable. Therefore, in order to clarify the cause of corrosion of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) spherical tank in No.71 pumping station of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Refinery Complex, 531 # and 532 # liquefied gas balloon tanks were selected as the main research objects, and related research on corrosion mechanism was carried out. By referring to the relevant literature, the concentration and pH value of H 2 S in the selected tank were determined, and the corrosion of the tank was determined by using hydrogen sulfide as the medium to form the wet hydrogen sulfide environment and then stress corrosion. Hydrogen sulfide corrosion factors analysis, put forward the corresponding control factors.
