中国林学会森林病理专业委员会和新疆维吾尔族自治区林学会于1984年8月间联合组织了一次杨树病害考察。中国林科院袁嗣令研究员,南京林学院李传道、张素轩副教授,北京林学院周仲铭副教授,东北林学院项存悌副教授,西北林学院景耀副教授,八一农学院赵振宇副教授,自治区林业厅文守易工程师和区林科所刘振坤助理研究员一行九人参加了考察活动。他们对杨树黑星病、杨树黑斑病、杨树灰斑等13种杨树病害进行了
