近年来,沟域经济成为区域经济发展中的新热点。其中心思路是将经济落后、地理位置偏远但极具特色的山区、沟域集群发展、发挥集群效应,形成具有特色的产业链,盘活山区农村经济。河北省多山区丘陵,省内具有旅游、人文历史等特色的沟域较多,应大力发展沟域经济。但是,对于刚刚兴起的沟域经济来讲,资金问题尤其难以解决。山区地区底子薄,农民收入地,基础设施建设任务重,沟域经济的发展需要投入大量的资金,单纯依靠农民投入远远不够。这就需要金融来支持沟域经济的进一步发展。
