通过分别研究聚羧酸减水剂、可再分散乳胶粉、聚丙烯纤维、纤维素醚对聚合物修补砂浆流动性、抗压强度、抗折强度、粘结强度和保水率的影响,研制了一种高性能聚合物修补砂浆。研究了速凝剂对聚合物修补砂浆抗压、抗折强度等性能的影响,使其适合用于喷射施工。结果表明,聚羧酸系减水剂掺量0.06%,胶粉掺量1.0%,3 mm聚丙烯纤维掺量0.04%,纤维素醚掺量0.15%时,聚合物修补砂浆的28 d抗压强度为79.48 MPa,28 d抗折强度为14.5 MPa,14 d粘结强度为1.45 MPa,符合JG/T 289—2010《混凝土结构加固用聚合物砂浆》的Ⅰ级要求。掺5%速凝剂时,聚合物修补砂浆适于喷射施工,具有较好的效果。
The effects of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, redispersible polymer powder, polypropylene fiber and cellulose ether on the fluidity, compressive strength, flexural strength, bond strength and water retention of polymer mortar were studied respectively A high performance polymer repair mortar. The effect of quick-setting admixture on the properties such as compressive strength and flexural strength of polymer mortar was studied, which made it suitable for jetting construction. The results showed that when the content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was 0.06%, the content of cement powder was 1.0%, the content of 3 mm polypropylene fiber was 0.04% and the content of cellulose ether was 0.15% The strength is 79.48 MPa, the flexural strength at 28 d is 14.5 MPa and the bond strength at 14 d is 1.45 MPa, which meets the requirements of Grade Ⅰ of JG / T 289-2010 “Polymer Mortar for Reinforcement of Concrete Structures”. Adulterated with 5% quick-setting agent, the polymer repair mortar suitable for jetting construction, with good results.
