近年来,图书馆管理逐渐成为了一门学科性质的理论,并且伴随着社会的发展,各种信息化、网络化技术的扩展,高校图书馆之间的联系变得更加密切,高校图书馆的能力范围增加,管理也变得更加的复杂,新的管理方法正在不断的出现。我国现在很多的高校都为图书馆建设了一些信息技术方面的设施,目的是让教师和学生可以更快、更方便的使用图书馆,提供一个更好的环境。但是,原来的信息服务方法已经逐渐的不能适应现在的需求,新方法的使用成为一个重要的趋势。
