水泥地面起砂,是建筑工程质量通病之一。一般有两种情况:1.有些水泥地面在使用前或使用初期起砂,产生原因主要有:(1)砂子含泥量超过规定,或使用细砂;所用水泥的标号偏低,一般在300号以下或水泥过期。
