定向运动可以把原来枯燥乏味,竞技性较强的田径项目,如走、跑、跳、投等内容运用到自然环境中并加以改造,如颇具刺激性校园百米定向,耐力性的校园定向及挑战性的公园定向等。本文通过实验教学的方式,探讨定向运动在高校田径耐力跑课的开展实施,提高学生有氧耐力素质,使定向运动更好地发挥其全面增强学生体质的基本功能“健康第一”的指导思想服务,培养学生快乐体育、娱乐体育、终身体育的意识。
Orienteering can be the original boring, athletic athletic projects, such as walking, running, jumping, casting and other content into the natural environment and to be transformed, such as the stimulating campus 100 meters orientation, endurance of the campus orientation and Challenging park orientation and more. In this paper, through the way of experimental teaching, this paper discusses the implementation of orienteering in running track and field of university athletics endurance, enhances students ’aerobic endurance quality, and makes directional exercise play a better role in enhancing students’ overall physique. Guiding ideological services, cultivate students happy sports, recreational sports, lifelong sports awareness.
