目的调查乡镇卫生院新入职医务人员对基本药物制度的认知与评价。方法采用问卷调查法收集263份有效问卷,采用描述性统计分析数据。结果基本药物认知层面:88%受调查者听说过基本药物制度,66.2%受调查者认为基本药物制度合理,82%受调查者认为有必要实施基本药物制度,70%受调查者积极认可基本药物制度,仅仅3%受调查者熟悉基本药物的疗效;医生执业层面评价:47.5%受调查者认为基本药物制度影响未来工作,60.1%不确定基本药物制度实施后对个人收入影响,56.3%受调查者会优先考虑使用基本药物,47.1%受调查者担忧基本药物安全性,28.9%受调查者表示担忧基本药物有效性,5.3%受调查者担忧基本药物价格,18.6%受调查者担忧药房缺药;患者就医层面:基本药物制度在降低患者医疗费用方面的均值为(2.71±0.053),在增加患者满意度方面的均值为(2.58±0.580),在缓解“看病难,看病贵”方面的均值为(2.45±0.576),在促进患者合理用药方面的均值为(2.32±0.620),在满足临床用药需求方面的均值为(2.00±0.570),在规范医生用药行为方面的均值为(2.71±0.56)。结论乡镇卫生院新入职医务人员缺乏对基本药物制度深层次认识,多数医务人员不确定基本药物制度是否影响未来工作,但对基本药物制度实施的合理性、必要性以及对改善患者就医质量,规范医生执业行为方面给予了高度认可。
Objective To investigate the cognition and evaluation of basic medical system among newly recruited medical personnel in township hospitals. Methods A total of 263 valid questionnaires were collected by questionnaire and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. Conclusions There is a lack of deep understanding of the basic drug system in the newly recruited medical personnel in the township hospitals. Most medical personnel are not sure whether the basic drug system will affect the future work. However, the rationality and necessity of the implementation of the basic drug system and the improvement of the quality of the patients’ Doctor practice has given a high degree of recognition.
