科研强师、科研兴校是学校内涵延伸和文化建设的重要内容,是学校持续发展、实现跨越的有效途径。教科研不仅可以提高教学质量,更重要的是可以用先进的教育思想武装教师,唤醒教师内在的探究需要,促进教师的自我反思,使教师自觉地参与到教育改革中来,形成教育、研究、学习、创新一体化的职业生活方式。但是,有些教师对教科研的作用还没有足够的认识,认为只要把课上好就可以了;有的教师尽管认识到了教科研的重要性,但总感到教科研的很神秘,很深奥,无从下手。作为一线的体育教师做科研我觉得应从多学习、多反思、多实践、多挤时间、多请教五个方面来入手。
