科研强师、科研兴校是学校内涵延伸和文化建设的重要内容,是学校持续发展、实现跨越的有效途径。教科研不仅可以提高教学质量,更重要的是可以用先进的教育思想武装教师,唤醒教师内在的探究需要,促进教师的自我反思,使教师自觉地参与到教育改革中来,形成教育、研究、学习、创新一体化的职业生活方式。但是,有些教师对教科研的作用还没有足够的认识,认为只要把课上好就可以了;有的教师尽管认识到了教科研的重要性,但总感到教科研的很神秘,很深奥,无从下手。作为一线的体育教师做科研我觉得应从多学习、多反思、多实践、多挤时间、多请教五个方面来入手。 Scientific research division, research Xing school is an extension of the school content and cultural construction of an important part of the school continued development, an effective way to achieve leaps.
