目的:建立胡椒中微量元素的测定方法,对胡椒不同部位中Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Al、Ni和Cr微量元素的含量进行分析。方法:用浓硝酸微波消解处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定7种微量元素的含量。结果:在胡椒根、叶和果实中7种微量元素的含量从高至低依次为:Fe>Al>Mn>Zn>Cr>Ni>Cu;Fe>Mn>Al>Cr>Ni>Zn>Cu;Al>Fe>Cr>Mn>Ni>Zn>Cu。结论:胡椒根、叶、果实3个部位富含Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Al、Ni和Cr 7种微量元素,测定方法具有良好的准确度和精密度。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace elements in pepper, and to analyze the content of trace elements Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Al, Ni and Cr in different parts of pepper. Methods: Samples were treated with concentrated nitric acid by microwave digestion and the contents of seven trace elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The contents of seven trace elements in pepper root, leaf and fruit from high to low were as follows: Fe> Al> Mn> Zn> Cr> Ni> Cu; Fe> Mn> Al> Cr> Ni> Zn> Cu ; Al> Fe> Cr> Mn> Ni> Zn> Cu. Conclusion: There are seven trace elements Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Al, Ni and Cr in three parts of pepper root, leaf and fruit. The determination method has good accuracy and precision.
