从2003年开始,我校把服务“三农”作为神圣的使命,提高认识,勇挑重担,急政府之所急,想农民之所想,大力实施农民培训工程。我们始终坚信,做好农民培训工作,既是我们职业学校义不容辞的义务和责任,也为职业教育提供了巨大的发展空间。我们的宗旨是为农村富余劳动力就业的培训做好服务工作,提供技能支撑,敞开培训之门,开辟就业之路,把本来属于平民大众的职业技能教育办成为老百姓谋利的脱贫教育、小康教育,使无业者有业,有业者提升。2005年至今,我们通过“政府买单,企业订单,学校出单”的培训模式对顺德11个乡镇的农民以及进城务工人员进行了维修电工、车工、烹饪等近12个工种的实用技能培训,共办班63期,培训了8300多人次,其中,岗前培训占3206人,岗后培训占5194人。我们的主要做法是:

Our aim is to serve the training of rural surplus labor force employment, provide technical support, open the door to training, open up employment channels, and turn the vocational skills education that would otherwise belong to the common people into an anti-poverty education and a well-to-do education , So that unemployed people, industry practitioners to enhance. Since 2005, we have trained farmers and migrant workers in 11 towns and villages in Shunde with practical skills trainings in nearly 12 trades, such as electricians, lathe workers and cooking workers, through the training model of “government pay bills, business orders and school bills” A total of 63 classes, training more than 8300 people, of which, pre-job training accounted for 3206 people, post-post training accounted for 5194 people. Our main approach is:
