利用一种长光程薄层光谱电化学池,建立了在抗坏血酸存在下测定多巴胺的紫外-可见光谱电化学法。测定条件为:在pH=6.0的PBS介质中,电极电位在0.6V(vs.Ag/AgCl),测定波长为300nm多巴胺电氧化产物的吸光度,吸光度与多巴胺浓度在4×10-6~2.4×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测限为1.0×10-6mol/L。用于多巴胺针剂的测定,结果令人满意。
Using a long pathlength thin-film spectroscopy electrochemical cell, an ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy electrochemical method for the determination of dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid was established. The measurement conditions were as follows: the electrode potential was 0.6 V (vs. Ag / AgCl) in a PBS medium of pH 6.0, the absorbance of the dopamine electrooxidation product at a wavelength of 300 nm was measured, the absorbance and dopamine concentration were in the range of 4 × 10 -6 ~ 2.4 × 10-4mol / L within a linear range, the detection limit of 1.0 × 10-6mol / L. For the determination of dopamine injection, the results are satisfactory.
