目的:探讨在基层医院开展循征医学临床实践的意义。方法:采用循征医学的原理和方法对本院的84 例老年肺癌患者进行临床循征治疗。结果:我们对84例老年肺癌患者经过2年循征治疗,取得了较以往更合理,更有疗效,更具说服力的临床治疗手段,病人及家属对我们治疗和服务上的满意度不断提高。取得了良好的临床效果和社会效益。同时,医务人员从中进一步掌握了老年肺癌的治疗现状和存在的问题,全面了解了肺癌治疗的各种手段。结论:开展循征医学可期望达到:提高疗效,规范临床实践,降低医疗情况发生,有利于青年医生的培养和成长。
Objective: To explore the significance of carrying out the clinical practice of clinical medicine in primary hospitals. Methods: According to the principles and methods of clinical medicine, 84 elderly patients with lung cancer underwent clinical treatment.
