报告对32例喉癌患者于行部分喉切除术后,用颈前带蒂皮瓣一期修复,术后喉功能全部恢复。术后随访3年生存率为70％(12/17),5年生存率64％(7/11)。并对术后修复的适应证、禁忌证等进行讨论。
The report of 32 cases of laryngeal cancer patients underwent partial laryngectomy, with anterior cervical pedicle flap repair, postoperative recovery of laryngeal function. The follow-up 3-year survival rate was 70% (12/17) and the 5-year survival rate was 64% (7/11). And postoperative indications, contraindications and other discussions.
