目的介绍一种简易的豚鼠眨眼反应测量方法,并观察其在眨眼条件反射训练过程中的应用效果。方法采2 kHz的正弦波纯音和压强为3.0 psi的束状医用氧气流先后作用于豚鼠左侧眼角膜,训练豚鼠建立眨眼条件反射,在此过程中利用高分辨率、低扭矩的肌肉张力换能器测量眨眼活动。结果训练第14天豚鼠追踪性眨眼条件反射习得率为(87.0±12.9)%,显著高于训练第1天的习得率(8.0±6.3)% (P=0.003);训练第10天豚鼠延迟性眨眼条件反射习得率为(86.0±13.0)%,显著高于训练第1天的习得率(5.5±5.0)% (P=0.001)。在此过程中,测量了豚鼠习得条件眨眼反应的峰潜伏期、持续时间和幅度,所得结果与相关报道一致。结论本教研室设计的眨眼反应测量方法操作简单,结果准确,可用于研究小型啮齿类动物眨眼条件反射训练中眨眼活动的拓扑学参数变化。
Objective To introduce a simple method for measuring the blink reaction of guinea pigs and to observe the effect of the blink reflex training. Methods A pure sine wave of 2 kHz and a beam-shaped medical oxygen flow at a pressure of 3.0 psi were applied to the left cornea of guinea pigs to train the guinea pigs to establish the conditional blink reflex. Conclusion The Wink reaction measurement method designed by our department is easy to operate and has accurate results. It can be used to study the change of topological parameters of blinking reflexes in small rodents.
