“以学生为本,让课程适应学生的终身发展”是上海“二期课改”的突破性变革。经历了对“一期课改”后教育现状的反思,上海“二期课改”确立了转变学习方式、培养综合学力两个改革目标,课程改革进入深化阶段。此阶段的“有效课堂”更侧重于强调创新精神的培养和实践能力的提高,要求功能性课程结构指向综合学力的培养。对此,我们提出了“回归教学本质、立足课堂变革、提升实践智慧”的培养思路。我们先后在上海市第三期名师基地、虹口区化学学科高地,展开对高三化学有效课堂的实践探索,并引领基地学员不断领悟教学实践智慧,提高教育教学水平。到2014
