森林经理和森林资源管理的总任务,就是要实现“森林永续利用的维护”。在通常情况下,必须通过森林资源清查、森林经营规划和监督森林生产率等3个方面的信息处理来完成。但对这些信息的处理,一直沿用手工劳动的方法,既费时,又繁琐,还要耗费大量的人力物力和财力。这与信息时代的要求,还存在着很大的差距。也防碍了任务的完成。为了寻求一种较为完善的管理方法和现代化手段,我们在完成手工信息处理系统优化和规范化研究
The overall task of forest managers and forest resource management is to achieve “the maintenance of sustainable forest use.” Under normal circumstances, it must be completed through information processing of forest inventory, forest management planning and supervision of forest productivity.
