11月12日,举世瞩目、国人期待的中共中央十八届三中全会胜利闭幕了。会议审议通过了《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,对经济社会等各个领域的改革进行了全面部署。《决定》提出,中国已进入全面深化改革的历史新阶段,其总目标是完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,到2020年在重要领域和关键环节改革上取得决定性成果。
