山东省莱芜县师范学校建校29年来,为国家输送了大量人才。然而,十年内乱,使这里的档案工作遭受了严重损失和破坏,各种文件材料长期无人管理,七零八散,一片混乱。党的十一届三中全会以后,特别是在1979年全国档案工作会议以后,这个学校开始着手进行档案的收集、整理,经过半年时间的紧张工作,对现有文书材料、学生档案材料进行了系统、完整的立卷归档。整理出文书档案一百二十八卷,学生档案八十一卷,照片剪辑三卷。档案工作者的成绩显著,前年光荣地出席了泰安地区档案工作先进代表会议。
Laiwu County, Shandong Province Normal School 29 years ago, the country delivered a large number of personnel. However, during the 10 years of civil strife, the archives work here suffered a serious loss and destruction. Various documents and materials have been unmanaged and scattered for so long as to be confused. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, especially after the National Archives Working Conference in 1979, the school started to collect and organize files. After six months of intense work, the existing clerical materials and student archives were submitted System, a complete filing archive. Finishing out of the instrument file one hundred and eighteen volumes, student files eighty-one volume, photo editing three volumes. The achievements of archivists are remarkable. Two years ago, they attended the advanced representative conference of archives in Taian area proudly.
