为了进一步加强对集贸市场的管理,平衡税收负担,省人民政府决定自今年六月一日起,恢复征收肉类的集市交易税。现将有关规定通知如下:一、凡在本省城镇农贸市场、农村集市墟场出售肉类的单位和个人,都必须向当地税务机关交纳集市交易税。二、肉类集市交易税范围,暂定为鲜猪肉、鲜牛肉。猪、牛宰杀时,仍应按规定交纳屠宰税。
In order to further strengthen the management of the bazaars and balance the tax burden, the provincial people’s government decided to resume the market-oriented transaction tax on meat since June 1 this year. The relevant provisions are hereby notified as follows: 1. All units and individuals that sell meat in the urban farmer’s market and the market of rural bazaars in the province must pay the local tax authorities for the transaction tax on the market. Second, the transaction range of meat markets, tentatively fresh pork, fresh beef. Pigs, cattle slaughter, should still be required to pay the slaughter tax.
