随着社会节奏急剧加快,人们的生活节奏也随之加快,尤其是以都市白领为主体的人群,其工作压力大,紧张度高,生活节奏快。这类人群因长期处于精神高度紧张状态下,而又得不到应有的调节,会使其身心过度疲劳,一些与时代发展有关的心理病也在不断增多,久而久之,必然会导致焦虑症、抑郁症等心理问题和疾病。从生理角度讲,长期精神高度紧张也会使其内分泌功能失调,人体免疫力下降而导致各种生理疾病产生。我们有必要了解这些“时代生理病”
