目的 探讨白血病抑制因子 (LIF)基因在子宫内膜的表达与原因不明性原发不孕的关系。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)技术 ,对 35例原因不明性原发不孕患者 (病例组 )和2 0例继发不孕患者 (对组照 )的黄体中期子宫内膜行LIFmRNA检测。结果 对照组患者黄体中期LIFmRNA表达水平为 1 0 93± 0 76 1( x±s,下同 ) ,病例组患者为 0 44 8± 0 2 39,两组相比 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 LIF可能参与了胚泡着床过程。LIF的基因表达缺陷或减弱 ,可能是导致原因不明性原发不孕的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) gene expression in endometrium and primary infertility with unexplained origin. Methods Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) was performed in 35 patients with unexplained primary infertility (case group) and 20 patients with secondary infertility LIF mRNA detection. Results In the control group, the mid-luteal LIF mRNA expression level was 1 0 93 ± 0 761 (x ± s, the same below) and in the case group was 0 44 8 ± 0 2 39, the difference was significant (P <0 0 1). Conclusion LIF may be involved in blastocyst implantation. Defective or weakened gene expression of LIF may be one of the reasons leading to unknown primary infertility.
