呼吸运动引发的体内脏器移位极大影响高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)肿瘤治疗系统的安全性和治疗效率。解决这一问题的关键是实时、准确的呼吸信号检测。以一定角度,用激光束在人体表受呼吸运动影响较大的部位(一般是胸部或背部)投射激光点,用摄像机采集激光点位置信息。描绘激光点位置与采集时刻的关系曲线,即呼吸曲线。该呼吸信号检测方法为非接触式,同时具有接口兼容性好的优点,便于集成到治疗系统中。
Respiratory motility-induced internal organ displacement greatly affects the safety and efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) tumor treatment systems. The key to solve this problem is real-time, accurate respiratory signal detection.
