我国正努力建设成宪政国家。人大制度建设是宪政建设的重要组成部分。人民代表大会制度是我国的根本政治制度。人民代表大会制度在反映人民意志、培养民主意识等方面发挥重大作用,在我国依然具有强大的生命力。客观经济形势的变革必然要求政治制度加以变革。新形势下,人大制度需要坚持和完善。本文从选举制度谈起,阐述了完善人大制度的几种具体制度。
Our country is making great efforts to become a constitutional government. The establishment of the NPC system is an important part of constitutional construction. The system of people’s congresses is the fundamental political system of our country. The system of people’s congresses plays a major role in reflecting the will of the people and cultivating democratic awareness, and it still has strong vitality in our country. The transformation of the objective economic situation will inevitably require the political system to be changed. Under the new situation, the people’s congress system needs to be upheld and improved. This article starts with the election system and elaborates on several specific systems for perfecting the people’s congress system.
