本文采用当量思想对高功率径向线螺旋阵列天线屏蔽箱密封结构在有压差工况下的气体泄漏特性进行了研究。阐述了当量面积法,并结合实际情况和相关公式获得了密封结构的当量面积,在此基础上,对密封结构的气体泄漏过程进行了理论计算和数值仿真,并通过长时间的气体泄漏实验进行了验证。研究表明数值仿真和实验基本吻合,相对理论计算,数值仿真更准确,且具有速度更快、更节约成本及能获得气体参数分布等特点。该方法为快速实现天线密封结构的气体泄漏特性分析提供了手段。
In this paper, the idea of equivalence was used to study the gas leakage characteristics of the high power radial spiral antenna array enclosure shielding structure under differential pressure conditions. Equivalent area method is expounded, and the equivalent area of the seal structure is obtained according to the actual situation and the related formula. On this basis, theoretical calculation and numerical simulation of the gas leakage process of the seal structure are carried out, and through long time gas leakage experiment Verified. The results show that the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experiment. Compared with the theoretical calculation, the numerical simulation is more accurate and has the characteristics of faster, more cost-saving and gas parameter distribution. This method provides a quick means of analyzing the gas leakage characteristics of the antenna seal structure.
