目的:探讨医学模拟教育在临床技能训练教学中的作用。方法 :我校于2013年12月建立临床技能模拟实验室,选取2014年1月~2015年12月期间我校接收的62名临床医学、护理专业(专升本)学员为研究对象。将学员在临床技能训练教学中的问诊能力、体格检查、穿刺能力、无菌技术等临床基本技能的评分与2012年1月~2013年12月期间的评分进行对比。结果:使用医学模拟教育的方法后,学员问诊能力、体格检查、穿刺能力、无菌技术等临床基本技能的评分较使用前明显提高,P值小于0.05。结论:医学模拟教育的方法在临床技能训练教学中的效果可观。
Objective: To explore the role of medical simulation education in clinical skills training. Methods: In December 2013, our school established a clinical skills simulation laboratory and selected 62 undergraduates of clinical medicine and nursing specialty received from our school from January 2014 to December 2015 as study subjects. The clinical skills training teaching students in clinical teaching skills, physical examination, puncture ability, aseptic technique and other basic clinical skills score compared with the January 2012 ~ December 2013 period compared to the score. Results: After using the methods of medical simulation education, scores of clinical basic skills such as medical examination ability, physical examination, puncture ability and aseptic technique were significantly improved compared with those before use. The P value was less than 0.05. Conclusion: The methods of medical simulation education have significant effect in teaching of clinical skills training.
