年初,区人代会审定的全区工业经济增长的计划目标是,2002年全区完成工业总产值(90价,下同)577亿元,比2001年增长17.4％。仅掌握全区工业经济增长的计划目标是不能满足区政府对工业经济宏观管理需要的,要剖析全年工业计划目标的可靠性和完成度,具体内容是:1)要较准确、科学地预测出全年全区工业总产值的可能完成额。2)要分析全区工业总产值2002年比2001年增长绝对额的各种形成因素。3)全区工业总产值增长速度把握何种程度,使全区工业既保护快速增长,又使私营工业水份零增长或逐年下降。
At the beginning of the year, the planning target of the industrial economic growth in the whole region accredited by the District People’s Congress was that in 2007, the industrial output value (90 prices, the same below) of the entire region reached 57.7 billion yuan, an increase of 17.4% over 2001.
