本文运用304家农业企业的问卷调查数据,把成长阶段作为调节变量,对不同维度社会责任与社会资本的关系进行实证研究。研究表明:社会责任对新创期和成熟期农业企业的社会资本均有积极影响;成长阶段的差异,会对社会责任与社会资本之间的关系产生显著影响;经济责任在企业不同成长阶段所发挥的作用比非经济责任更显著。
Based on the questionnaire data of 304 agricultural enterprises, this paper uses the growth stage as a regulatory variable and conducts empirical research on the relationship between social responsibility and social capital in different dimensions. The research shows that: social responsibility has a positive impact on the social capital of the newly-started and mature agricultural enterprises; differences in the growth stages will have a significant impact on the relationship between social responsibility and social capital; economic responsibility in different stages of growth of enterprises The role played is more significant than non-economic responsibility.
