目的观察静脉注射三乙醇胺后Beagle犬的组织病理学改变及其可逆性。方法 Beagle犬12只,分为对照组和150mg/kg剂量组,连续给药30d和恢复4周后,分别进行大体解剖和组织病理学检查。结果连续给药30d,Beagle犬出现肝细胞变性、坏死,及肝窦扩张,网状纤维蛋白样物质沉积;肾脏髓质和皮髓交界处肾小管上皮细胞变性;脾脏、淋巴结和肠黏膜相关淋巴组织内淋巴滤泡数量增多,生发中心增大,脾小体帽区局灶性坏死,其中雌性动物肝脏、脾脏病变程度较雄性严重。经过4周恢复,肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、淋巴结、肠黏膜相关淋巴组织病变恢复不明显。结论静脉注射一定剂量的三乙醇胺,可能对肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、淋巴结以及肠黏膜相关淋巴组织有一定的损伤作用。
Objective To observe the histopathological changes and reversibility of Beagle dogs after intravenous administration of triethanolamine. Methods 12 Beagle dogs were divided into control group and 150mg / kg dose group. After continuous administration for 30 days and recovery for 4 weeks, gross anatomy and histopathological examination were performed respectively. RESULTS: Beagle dogs showed degeneration, necrosis and sinusoidal expansion of hepatic cells, and deposition of reticular fibrin-like substances. The renal tubular epithelial cells degenerated at the juncture of the renal medulla and the dermis. The spleen, lymph nodes and intestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissues Tissue lymphatic follicles increased the number of germinal center increased splenic cap area focal necrosis, in which the female animal liver, spleen lesion severity than the male. After 4 weeks of recovery, liver, spleen, kidney, lymph nodes, intestinal mucosa-related lymphoid tissue lesions did not recover significantly. Conclusion Intravenous injection of a certain dose of triethanolamine may damage the liver, kidney, spleen, lymph nodes and intestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue.
