一、1993年经济保持了持续、高速、健康发展的势头 各项经济指标全面增长。预计全年国内生产总值增长30.5％;工业总产值增长34.5％,连续14年增幅超过30％;社会商品零售总额增长38％;预算内财政收入增长56％;出口贸易总额按可比口径计算增长53.l％,外贸出口首次在全国大中城市中名列第一;固定资产投资增长38％;实际利用外资增长60.8％。 经济呈现健康发展态势。投资结构趋向合理,投资重点逐步转向能源、交通、仓储、科技开发、咨询服务等基础设施、先进工业及第三产业项目;工业产销衔接较好,产销率稳定在97％左右;产业升级和“三来一补”转型提高取得明显进展,一批重点工业项目陆续竣工投产,现有工业企业的技术改造、产品更新速度加快,主要工业拳头产品的品种增加,质量提高,国内外市场占有率扩大;高新技术产业取得突破性进展,通讯、微电子、计算机及其软件、生物工程、新材料等领域发展较快,光纤光缆产量居全国第二,经济发展后劲进一步增强。财政收入的增长大于国内生产总值的增长,五区财政收入占全市财政收入的比重由上年的1/4上升到1/3。 基础设施建设跃上新台阶。深南大道、平南铁路、盐田疏港铁路、惠盐高速公路、广深准高速铁路进入攻坚阶段;北环路可望春节前后通车;盐田港一期即将竣工,妈湾
First, in 1993, the economy maintained the momentum of sustained, rapid and healthy development with all-round economic growth. The GDP of the whole year is expected to increase by 30.5%; the industrial output value will increase by 34.5%, an increase of more than 30% for 14 consecutive years; the total retail sales of social goods will increase by 38%; the budgetary fiscal revenue will increase by 56%; the total export trade will increase at a comparable rate 53.1%. For the first time, foreign trade exports ranked first among large and medium-sized cities in the country; the investment in fixed assets increased by 38%; the actually utilized foreign investment increased by 60.8%. The economy presents a healthy development trend. The investment structure tends to be reasonable and the investment focuses on the infrastructures such as energy, transportation, warehousing, science and technology development and consulting services, advanced industries and tertiary industry projects; the industrial production and marketing are well linked and the production and sales rate is stable at about 97%; the industrial upgrading and “ Three to one make up ”made significant progress in transformation and improvement, a number of key industrial projects have been completed and put into production, the technological transformation of existing industrial enterprises, product updates faster, major industrial products increased product variety, quality, domestic and international market share expanded ; Breakthroughs have been made in high-tech industries. Communication, microelectronics, computers and software, bio-engineering and new materials have enjoyed rapid development. Optical fiber and cable production ranks second in the country and their economic development stamina further strengthened. The growth of fiscal revenue is greater than the growth of GDP. The proportion of the fiscal revenue of the five districts in the city’s total fiscal revenue has risen from 1/4 of the previous year to one third. Infrastructure construction leapt to a new level. Shennan Road, Pingnan Railway, Yantian Shugang Railway, Huiyan Expressway and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway into the crucial stage. Beihuan Road is expected to open to traffic around the Spring Festival. Yantian Port Phase I is about to be completed and Mawan
