我厂一号炉为35吨/时中压自然循环顺行链条式锅炉,设计?种为淮南优质烟?,自1970年以后,改烧本省低质?(丰城十三级中?),其低位发热量为3092大卡/公斤,工作质灰份为47.95％,由于发热量低、灰份高,链条炉燃烧困难,于1972年被迫报仃。继我厂两台65吨/时抪?机炉改?粉炉的成功,于1979年对35吨/时链条炉进行了改装。改成?粉炉采用中间储仓热风送粉系统,以丰城十三级中?为改装设计依据。蒸发量从35吨/时提高到40吨/时,热风温度从135℃提高到350℃,其余参数基本相同。
