为从铁化物中筛选到经济有效的除砷材料,首先研究了p H和铁砷比对砷吸附效果,随后考察了铁砷化合物的还原性溶解对砷释出的影响。结果表明Fe(Ⅲ)化合物去除As(Ⅴ)效果较好,最佳去除p H为5~8,铁砷比越大,砷的去除率越高。此外,当以氯化铁、硫酸铁作为吸附剂时,吸附后砷的溶出率与吸附剂中Fe(Ⅲ)的还原率呈正相关,在硫酸铁溶液中两者的相关系数最高达0.98。但当Fe(Ⅲ)以固体氧化铁存在时,还原后砷的溶出率与铁的溶出率的相关系数偏低。
In order to screen out the economically effective arsenic removal materials from ferroxides, the effect of p H and iron arsenic ratio on arsenic adsorption was studied first, and then the effect of reductive dissolution of iron arsenic compounds on arsenic release was investigated. The results show that the removal of As (Ⅴ) by Fe (Ⅲ) compound is better, and the best removal of p H is 5 ~ 8. The greater the iron arsenic ratio, the higher the arsenic removal rate. In addition, when ferric chloride and ferric sulfate were used as adsorbents, the dissolution rate of arsenic after adsorption was positively correlated with the reduction rate of Fe (Ⅲ) in the adsorbent. The correlation coefficient between the two was up to 0.98 in ferric sulfate solution. However, when Fe (Ⅲ) is present as solid iron oxide, the correlation coefficient between the dissolution rate of arsenic and the dissolution rate of iron is low.
