目的对某露天煤矿一期工程职业病危害因素和防护措施效果进行评价,并提出合理可行的职业病防护对策。方法通过现场调查和工程分析,识别生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素种类及环节,并进行检测,依据国家相关法律、法规评价其职业病危害程度和防护措施的效果。结果该建设项目的选址、总平面布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定;生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素为有毒物质(氮氧化物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫等)、定点、个体粉尘、噪声,其合格率分别为100%、64%、70%、83%。结论该项目采取的职业病危害防护措施和生产管理措施是可行的。
Objective To evaluate the occupational hazards and protective measures in the first-phase open-pit coal mine and to propose a reasonable and feasible countermeasure for occupational diseases. Methods By field investigation and project analysis, the types and links of occupational hazards in the production process were identified and tested. The effects of occupational hazards and protective measures were evaluated according to the relevant laws and regulations of the state. Results The site selection, general layout, design of occupational disease protection facilities and setting of health aids in this project are in conformity with relevant state regulations. The main occupational hazards that may arise in the production process are toxic substances (nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, etc.) ), Fixed-point, individual dust, noise, the pass rate was 100%, 64%, 70%, 83%. Conclusion The occupational disease hazard protection measures and production management measures adopted in this project are feasible.
