作者对70例晚期(Ⅲ_B29例,Ⅲ_(EB)6例,Ⅳ35例)何杰金氏病(HD)病人采用改进的综合化疗与放疗。中位年龄35岁(15～69),<40岁48例,≥40岁22例。96％有“B”症状。87％纵隔受侵,MT比≥0.33占7％,单侧或双侧肺门受侵40％。50％为播散性淋巴结受侵,膈上与腹主动脉旁淋巴结受侵43％。一个部位结外受侵31例,≥2个者10例。ESR<4011例,≥4059例。6例Ⅲ_(EB)邻近结外受侵(肺2例、骨2例、皮肤1例,胸壁1
The authors applied modified combination chemotherapy and radiotherapy to 70 patients with Hodgkin’s disease (HD) in 70 patients with advanced stage IIIIB (29 patients, 6 patients with stage III_ (EB)) and 35 patients with stage IV disease. The median age of 35 years (15 ~ 69), <40 years in 48 cases, ≥ 40 years in 22 cases. 96% have “B” symptoms. 87% mediastinal invasion, MT ratio ≥ 0.33 accounted for 7%, unilateral or bilateral hilar invasion 40%. 50% disseminated disseminated lymph nodes, abdominal and abdominal aortic lymph nodes 43%. 31 cases of extranodal invasion of a site, ≥ 2 in 10 cases.
