Ministry of Construction Issued a Method for Detention of Fixed Posts The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently promulgated the “Measures for the Administration of Production Safety Management in Construction Enterprises and the Measures for the Equipments of Full-time Production Safety Managers”, and clarified that the construction enterprises should set up safety production management agencies and personnel. The measures are clear: The responsibilities of the safety management institution of a construction enterprise include: organizing or participating in the preparation and rehearsal of an emergency rescue plan for production safety accidents; formulating and conducting an enterprise safety inspection plan and organizing the implementation; supervising the use of the safety production costs of the projects under construction;
