病虫测报是植保工作的基础,它在重大病虫防控工作中起着侦察预测虫情,提供防治决策依据的作用。但预报信息只有提高了覆盖面和进村入户率,才能真正发挥作用。2010年以来,全国农业技术推广服务中心在组织做好重大病虫害调查监测和预测预报工作的基础上,积极探索应用电视—手机—网络三位一体现代病虫预报发布新模式,显著提高了预报信息的进村入户率。
