The conflict between trade and environment protection, as a result of global environment protecting tide spreading to trade field, has called out wide attention since 1970s. In this article the author introduced the green mark system and green trade barrier, both including the canses, contents, in-fluences. Besides, he compared these two green things and concluded that green mark, not barrier by itself, would reversely break though the trade bar-ried if fairly, reasonbaly applyed
