三星电子公司宣布将开始批量生产一种控制CD-ROM驱动器的高级芯片。生产能力为每月200万片。这款芯片是两种芯片的结合,即驱动马达的四通道驱动芯片与一种保持马达稳定转动的轴向芯片。三星电子公司宣布已经解决了这两种芯片同时工作时会产生的干扰问题及其它小问题。
Samsung Electronics announced that it will start mass production of a high-level chip that controls the CD-ROM drive. Production capacity of 2 million per month. The chip is a combination of two chips, a four-channel driver chip that drives the motor and an axial chip that holds the motor in a stable rotation. Samsung Electronics announced that it has solved the interference problems and other minor problems that arise when the two chips work simultaneously.
