腰英台油田属于低孔特低渗油藏,储层物性条件差,层内、平面非均质性严重,天然裂缝发育,压裂施工难度大,施工成功率低。2012年在腰东地区进行水平井评价,共实施水平井分段压裂4井次(31段),施工成功率54.3%,加砂符合率低。本文通过开展前期压裂施工情况及难点分析,找出的主要问题是储层天然裂缝发育,压裂时容易形成多裂缝,压裂液滤失大导致早期砂堵。为此针对性地开展了水平井完井及压裂方式优化研究、多裂缝控制技术研究和压裂液体系优化研究,形成了适合于裂缝发育储层水平井压裂技术系列,成功解决了腰英台油田裂缝发育储层水平井压裂施工成功率低的问题。增产效果较好,为腰英台油田的高效开发提供了技术支持。
The Yaoyingtai oilfield is a low-porosity and ultra-low permeability reservoir with poor reservoir physical properties, serious in-plane and in-plane heterogeneities, natural fractures, and difficult fracturing construction with a low success rate of construction.
