民族民间舞蹈课程在理工科大学人文课程教学实践中,对人文综合素养相对薄弱的理工科大学生的心理健康有着积极的促进作用。在以电子科技大学为实验研究对象中,分别利用藏族、羌族和维吾尔族民间舞蹈的不同特点,对理工科大学生不同的心理健康问题进行干预。并通过对该校七十一名学生进行实验,得出的数据说明,在参与民族民间舞蹈课程的前后,大学生心理健康状况得到了变化。
The folk dance course of nationalities plays a positive role in promoting the psychological health of science and engineering undergraduates whose humanistic comprehensive literacy is weak in the teaching of humanities in science and engineering universities. Taking the University of Electronic Science and Technology as the experimental research object, the paper separately makes use of the different characteristics of Tibetan, Qiang and Uygur folk dance to intervene in the different mental health problems of science and engineering college students. And through the experiment of 71 students in this school, the data obtained show that before and after participating in folk dance courses, the mental health status of undergraduates has been changed.
