在现浇钢筋混凝土楼板施工中,弯起式配筋比分离式配筋更具有结构性能好、节省钢筋等优点,但因钢筋制作和绑扎麻烦,常不被采用。为解决好这一问题,我们经过反复试验,自制了一种钢筋弯起扳手,见图1。该工具可弯φ10毫米以内的钢筋。在钢筋绑扎过程中,按设计弯起成形,绑扎方便,起弯一致,工效比常规作法和分离式配筋都高。使用这种方法时同样按设计尺寸下料,只将受力筋两端弯钩及直钩做好。工作顺序为:先将模板上沿长跨方向弯起区域内的分布筋放好,再把受
